Great service! Wish there had been more variety when I went to buy my car last October... My car is nice but it's a bit squishy for somebody with long legs.

I had a great experience with Phil, who helped me with my purchase of my new 2021 Honda HRV AWD . I love my new car. He was patient with me and helpful going over the features of the new car. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location
Auburn Honda is a different kind of dealership because of the people. From Phil, in sales, the manager Paul, and financial services, they all were kind, truly helpful, and they gave us the time to think about what decision we needed to make without pressure. We looked at 4 different dealerships, but we bought at Auburn because they are genuine and trustworthy. This dealership even sends personalized handwritten thank you cards. I have never seen this done before in all the years we have bought new cars.
The good ending to my story (1st Chapter below) is I called Auburn Honda after my experience below. Tom and Gary were great! (Kendra could work on being a little friendlier - maybe she was having a bad day). Everything I told "the other dealer" I told Tom and from the start his numbers were right in line with my research online.
